Order Processing

All orders are carefully inspected, packed, and dispatched from our facility after successful payment verification.

  • Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days.

  • Orders are processed during our business hours:

    • Monday to Saturday

    • 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM IST

    • Excluding Sundays and Public Holidays

  • During festive seasons, sale events, or unforeseen circumstances, dispatch timelines may be extended.

Shipping Coverage

We currently ship across India and selected international destinations.

If international shipping is unavailable for your location, please contact our support team before placing an order.

Shipping Charges

Domestic Shipping (India)

  • We offer Free Shipping Across India on all prepaid orders unless otherwise specified.

International Shipping

  • International shipping charges are calculated based on destination, package weight, and courier partner rates.

  • Shipping charges will be displayed during checkout before payment.

  • Free international shipping promotions may be offered from time to time at the sole discretion of Suti India Sarees.

Within India

After dispatch, orders are typically delivered within:

  • Metro Cities: 3–7 Business Days

  • Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: 5–10 Business Days

  • Remote Areas: 7–14 Business Days

International Orders

International deliveries generally take:

  • 10–20 Business Days after dispatch

Delivery timelines may vary depending on customs clearance, local courier services, weather conditions, public holidays, or other factors beyond our control.

Multiple Shipments

If your order contains multiple products, items may occasionally be shipped separately depending on stock availability, packaging requirements, or logistics considerations.

You will be notified if your order is dispatched in multiple shipments.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive:

  • Tracking number

  • Courier partner details

Tracking information generally becomes active within 24–48 hours after dispatch.

Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners typically make multiple delivery attempts.

If delivery cannot be completed due to:

  • Refusal to accept the package

the shipment may be returned to us.

Additional shipping charges may apply for re-shipment of returned packages.

Address Accuracy

Customers are solely responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information.

Suti India Sarees shall not be liable for delivery delays, losses, or additional charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided during checkout.

Delayed Deliveries

While we strive to meet estimated delivery timelines, delays may occasionally occur due to:

We cannot predict or reimburse such charges.

Damaged or Tampered Packages

  2. Take clear photographs of the package.

  3. Contact our customer support within 24 hours of delivery.

Failure to report damage within a reasonable period may affect claim eligibility.

Self-Collection (If Available)

Customers wishing to collect their orders directly may contact us before dispatch.

Self-collection requests are subject to prior approval and availability.

Orders approved for self-collection must be collected within the specified timeframe communicated by our team.

Order Cancellation

Customer-Initiated Cancellation

  • Orders may only be cancelled before dispatch.

  • Once an order has been packed or shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.

  • Customized, made-to-order, altered, or specially prepared products cannot be cancelled.

Cancellation by Suti India Sarees

We reserve the right to cancel any order at our sole discretion in circumstances including but not limited to:

  • Product unavailability

  • Technical issues

  • Fraud prevention concerns

  • Incomplete customer information

  • Payment verification issues

If payment has already been received, a full refund will be processed to the original payment method.

Risk of Loss

Ownership and risk of loss pass to the customer upon successful delivery of the package to the shipping address provided during checkout.
